While her corporate background gave her a firm foundation in sales, navigating logistical challenges and establishing business relationships with high-net-worth clients, her association with one of the world’s most prestigious brokerage firms provides her with global strength and marketing power. In addition, her long-time residence in the Napa-Sonoma Wine Country has allowed her to gain broad and unsurpassed market knowledge contributing to her stellar career representing estate homes, land and vineyards.
During the past decade, Carol has earned esteem locally, nationally and internationally, not only with her distinguished clientele, but also in highly respected publications such as the Wall Street Journal. Her recent succession of record-breaking sales supports that acclaim and includes her involvement in the 2010 sale of the highest-priced residential property in Sonoma County history at $35 million and the highest-priced residential sale in Napa Valley history the following year. Most recently, she holds the honor of having closed the highest-priced residential sales of 2013 in both Napa and Sonoma Counties.
Carol brings excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills to her work and is known by her clients and colleagues alike for her honesty, integrity and dedication to the best interests of her buyers and sellers. She is also dedicated to her community and family. She and her husband, Jonathan, reside in Sonoma and have four children.
